A new pretreatment plant for The Dannon Co. takes shape on a 4-acre tract of land adjacent to the Minster wastewater treatment plant. The project will allow the company to provide the village with a better waste stream while avoiding odors and other problems experienced in the past, according to Village Administrator Don Harrod.
