Martha J. "Marty" Barhorst, 78, Minster, died June, 18, 2010, at her residence.

She was born May 25, 1932, in Minster, to Joseph and Rose Bensman Bornhorst. On Nov. 26, 1949, she married Albert Barhorst, who survives in Minster.

Survivors include two daughters, Lynda Barhorst, Hudson, Fla., and Debora (Kevin) Ranly, Ft. Loramie; a sister, Dorothy Quinlin, Ft. Loramie; 3 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald (Patricia) Bornhorst; and a brother-in-law, James Quinlin.

She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. She was co-owner and operator of Home Service Cleaners, Minster.

Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating.

Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-9:30 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery.
