Donnie Russell helps to set up the artwork of Jay Risner from St. Paris this morning in one of the booths in Lake Shore Park. Risner's sculptures range in size from a life-size Heron to small turtles and frogs. He is one of many vendors available to guests to the Lake Festival today through Sunday.
