Ruth Eleanore Holtzhauer Rohrbach, 88, St. Marys, died at 4:15 a.m. Feb. 17, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.

She was born Nov. 26, 1923, to Joseph and Olvina Hoagland Holtzhauer. On May 11, 1946, she married Norman Rohrbach, who is deceased.

Surviving are four children, James (Roberta) Rohrbach, Sidney, Theresa (Terry) Kemmann, St. Marys, Rebecca (Cletus) Koverman, New Bremen, and Timothy Rohrbach, New Knoxville; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-great-grandchildren.

Deceased are a son, Norman Thomas Rohrbach; a brother, Gene Holtzhauer; a grandson; and a great-grandson.

She had worked at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Happy Humpty Restaurant and Miller's Textiles. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, where she was organist for 30 years.

A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.

Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
