Patricia John
Patricia M. John, 74, Mendon, died at 2:50 p.m. Sept. 17, 2014, at Celina Manor.
She was born June 28, 1940, in Mercer County to Herbert and Mary Redmond Crouch. On Dec. 20, 1959, she married Kenneth L. John, who died Nov. 27, 1998.
Surviving are three children, Kathy Ann LaMaster, Elizabethtown, N.C., Keith (Shirley) John, Mendon, and Kevin John, Mendon; six grandchildren, Ethan LaMaster, Garret John, Caterina John, Ashley (Matthew) Shinabery, Rosie (Chris) Rose, and Victoria Teboe; three great-grandchildren, Emma and Dolan Haynes and John Rose; and a sister-in-law, Kathleen John, Middlepoint.
Also deceased are a son-in-law, Brian LaMaster, and an infant brother, Carroll Crouch.
She was a homemaker and worked 25 years at Huffy Corp., Celina, and later at Roselawn Manor, Spencerville. She was a member of the Ross Church of the Brethren, Mendon, and the Mendon Lions Club Auxiliary. She enjoyed quilting and shared her talents with many of her friends and family.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Ross Church of the Brethren, Mendon, Pastor Keith Stoller officiating. Burial will follow at the Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 6-8 p.m., today at the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral home, Spencerville, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be directed to the Ross Church of the Brethren.
