Cohen Harter, 7, on Tuesday morning snowboards down the hill at Eastview Park in Celina. The area received 1.6 inches of snow on Tuesday. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick said cold temperatures will stick around today but rise to 37 degrees on Thursday.
